  • Rinse and spread on a plate, dry in direct sunlight for 1 full day
  • Once fully dry, grind in a mixer into a fine white powder
  • Store in a small dry container (డబ్బా / Dabba) — lasts weeks
  • Add ¼ tsp to every single morning meal — this is her calcium

🐟 Fresh Fish — How to Prepare

  • Buy rohu / catla / mackerel fresh from market on Sunday morning
  • Clean fully — remove scales, gut it properly
  • Boil in plain water for 10–12 minutes, zero salt or spices

  • Remove every single bone carefully — run fingers through flesh slowly
  • Shred and mix into rice and veggies — 150g flesh is enough

  • Any plain unflavoured store-bought curd also works fine
  • Never flavoured, never sweetened, never fruit curd
